The processing time begins from the date you place your order. It usually takes 1-2 business days to process your order.
Shipping Time:
After confirming your order, please allow us to send your order within 3-5 business days.
Shipping Cost:
Rate is calculated by US Postal Zone / Zip Code and order weight.
Tracking your Order:
You will receive an email confirmation, including the tracking number, once your order has shipped.
Please Note: that, in some cases, there might be a delay between shipment updates.
Tax: Aqua Rex doesn’t collect any sales tax or VAT (Valued Additional Tax) from customers.
Change of Delivery Address: We can’t change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please get in touch with us within 1 day of placing your order at info@aqua-rex.com
Order Cancellations: You can only cancel your order when it has yet to be shipped. Any order shipped out can only be received and then sent back to us with cancellation reasons. Typically, you have 24 hours to cancel an order for a full refund. Please review our refund policy.
Parcels Damaged In Transit: If you find a parcel damaged in transit, send us a photo to info@aqua-rex.com for our evaluation and necessary action.
If there is any damage to the items you ordered on delivery, you must contact us within 100 days of receiving your order.
